Leyecodes Ltd is a company registered in Lagos, Nigeria. In this policy, “we” means Leyecodes Ltd and “you” means a visitor, prospect, or client of ours.
2. What we collect
- Contact form data: name, email, and the message you send us.
- Basic analytics: aggregate, non-identifying usage data to understand which pages are useful. We do not use third-party ad trackers.
- Project data: information you share with us during an engagement, handled under the terms of your contract and NDA.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiries.
- To deliver services you have engaged us for.
- To improve the website and our services — always on aggregated data.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with vetted processors that help us operate (email, hosting, analytics) under written agreements, and only when required to deliver the service.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry data: up to 24 months after your last contact with us. Client data: for the duration of the engagement and whatever retention period the contract specifies.
6. Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@leyecodes.com and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use a minimal set of first-party cookies strictly required for the site to work. We do not set advertising cookies.
