1. Agreement
By accessing this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. These terms cover use of the marketing site only. Any paid engagement with Leyecodes Ltd is governed by the signed Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work between us.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or probe the site.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or copy substantial portions of the content without written permission.
- Security research is welcome under our responsible disclosure policy.
3. Intellectual property
The Leyecodes name, logo, written content, and design are copyright Leyecodes Ltd. Code samples, open-source work, and case-study artefacts remain under their own stated licences. For client work, ownership is defined in the relevant contract.
4. Payments and billing
Paid offerings — custom engagements, subscriptions to our products, and one-off purchases — are billed in Naira (₦) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Online payments are processed by Paystack and other approved processors. By submitting payment information you authorise the relevant processor to charge the amount displayed at checkout to your chosen payment method.
- We do not store card details on our servers; card data is handled directly by the payment processor under their PCI-DSS programme.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
- Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy.
- Taxes (where applicable) are added at checkout or invoiced separately as required by law.
5. No warranty
This site and its content are provided “as is.” We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or free from errors. Information published here is for general information and does not constitute professional advice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Leyecodes Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of your use of this website. This does not affect your statutory rights, nor does it apply to liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest change. Material changes will be announced on this page.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of Lagos State.
